I’m both technical and creative. I turn the functional and commercial needs of the business into clear deliverables for the project team, resulting in enhanced systems that talk to each other.
For ISB Global (a UK-based technology company specialising in waste and recycling), I produce the functional requirements for the CRM and Contract components. Integrated with DocuSign, I oversee the entire sales pipeline from the prospect stage through to completed sales and contracts. I also own the Customer Portal where our clients’ customers log in to see their account activity.
For Asilia Africa (a large player in African travel and tourism) I built an ERP and CRM from the ground up and linked this to our marketing platforms to drive growth. The software has 250 users and over 1 million records and the CRM, website, email software, paid media channels and sales systems are integrated into an efficient, automated marketing platform.
These solutions have delivered large-scale, vastly improved business processes for clients with turnover in excess of $1bn.

Functional Consultant, Mar 2022 - Current, Remote to UK and USA
ISB Global provides industry-leading ERP software to the waste and recycling industry. The company is based in London, with large clients in the USA. As a Functional Consultant, I manage the needs of the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver software in the CRM and customer-facing spaces. The software is based on OutSystems and integrates with SAP, DocuSign, payment portals and more.
Head of Growth, 2014 - Feb 2022, Cape Town
Asilia Africa is the leading safari operator in East Africa, owning and running high-end safari lodges in iconic wildlife areas such as the Serengeti and Masai Mara. Originally relying entirely on travel agent B2B sales, I set up, ran and grew a direct B2C-focused digital marketing team, introducing new capabilities critical to the future of the business. I continue to focus on growing the consumer audience and revenue, as well as on the CRM and data architecture that comprises the marketing platform.

Gloo was the leading digital marketing agency in SA; they merged with Ogilvy to continued success. I was responsible for landing new clients, growing my accounts, and delivering all projects successfully. My portfolio included DStv, Allan Gray, Samsung, Jacaranda FM, East Coast Radio, J&B, Kagiso Media and Pearson. I generated several million rand in annual turnover, won many pitches, and successfully delivered many digital projects.
